Prepare healthy lassis

refreshing healthy summer shakes

Lassis are  yogurt or buttermilk drinks based on Indian Ayurvedic cooking. They can be prepared sweet or salty.

With Tropifruit you can make even more healthy and fruity variations. Simply mix our fruit pulp with some skim cottage cheese, yogurt or sour milk and sugar or honey.

Mix well in blender by slowly adding milk until the drink reaches the desired consistency – tasty like a typical lassi or made more creamy depeding on your preference.

Instructions

  1. Cut open frozen bag.
  2. Put fruit pulp into blender.
  3. Add milk, yogurt or skim cottage cheese.
  4. Add sugar or honey according to best taste.
  5. Mix 30 seconds on high velocity.
  6. Serve and enjoy fresh.
