Optimal shipment of your frozen foods

Tropifruit has developed its own special method to ensure that each frozen product that leaves our company is being delivered to you in a secure and ideally frozen way. All frozen products are packed with care manually by hand in a high-quality, reusable Styrofoam box (1 and 2). Our patented dry ice (3) provides perfect cooling. It ensures a seamless continuation of the cold chain all the way to your home.

Thanks to this proven method we can give you the assurance and guarantee that even with normal delivery service all products always arrive frozen at your place. The Styrofoam box is safely packed inside a cardboard shipping box (4 and 5). DHL delivers these to you usually within 1 – 3 business days. Once the package arrived, you should immediately put all Tropifruit frozen products inside your freezer.

It is normal that the dry ice evaporates during transportation. If the dry ice has not fully evaporated yet, we recommend that you carefully handle/dispose of it with protective gloves “Do not use with bare hands and avoid contact to skin”. Once the dry ice is completely evaporated you can safely dispose the empty plastic bag with your normal household waste.
